MIDSTREAM OPERATIONS


Manager: Operations - Midstream (Southern Region)
Jerry Crafton has over 30 years of experience in the natural gas industry. He has spent most of his career with Texas Eastern Pipeline Co. (formerly a Duke Energy subsidiary, now Spectra Energy), where he served in various leadership roles in pipeline operations and engineering. Mr. Crafton most recently was Operations Manager (including pipeline integrity) for Spectra Energy's South Division covering pipeline operations in eleven states and the Gulf of Mexico. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of Missouri.


Manager: Operations - Midstream (Mid-Continent)
George McCarty joined Enerfin in early 2005 with over 25 years experience in the energy industry with Kinder Morgan, Inc. and Exxon Corp. Mr. McCarty served in various leadership positions managing project design, operations, and business development of gas gathering, processing, treating, compression, transmission pipelines, and oil field facility assets. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Lamar University, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.


MIDSTREAM GAS ACQUISITIONS


Manager: Gas Acquisitions – Midstream (Mid-Continent - Oklahoma and N. Texas)
Keith Dudley joined Enerfin with over 25 years experience in the natural gas industry. Mr. Dudley previously managed all facets of midstream logistics and marketing for Chesapeake Energy Corp. in the Texas Gulf Coast, NW Oklahoma and Permian districts during his tenure.  Mr. Dudley previously served with Enogex Inc. coordinating gas supply and business development activities in Oklahoma.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University.


Manager: Business Development - Midstream (Southern Region - Louisiana and S. Texas)
Tom Guinn joined Enerfin in late 2004 with over 22 years experience in the natural gas industry with Oklahoma’s largest intrastate pipeline company, Enogex Inc. Mr. Guinn held various management positions with Enogex and subsidiary, Ozark Gas Gathering Co., in gas acquisitions and supply, business development and volume control. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Central Oklahoma University and attended Colorado School of Mines.


Manager: Gas Acquisitions – Midstream (Mid-Continent - Oklahoma and N. Texas)
Art Webb has over 35 years experience in the oil and gas industry and has served in his current position with Enerfin since 1991. Mr. Webb was previously with American Central Pipeline Co., Transok, Inc., and Western Gas Processors, Inc. and served in various leadership positions in gas acquisitions and supply, gas marketing and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Northwestern Louisiana State University.
