Enerfin is directed by two of its original co-founders, David C. Cremer and Thomas M. Imre. Together they have led the successful acquisition, management and development of nearly all of Enerfin’s midstream and upstream assets and properties over the past twenty years. Their unique involvement and success with corporate turnarounds and reorganizations complements their strong combination of operating, marketing, and financial management expertise. Working closely with investors, lenders and oil & gas producer/customers, they have brought innovation, profitability and stability to varied situations throughout the growth and development of the company.
