

Enerfin’s midstream business
consists of the following as of December 31, 2007:

Oklahoma Systems,
six contiguous natural gas gathering systems with over 1,200 miles of
pipeline located in the Cherokee-Seminole Platform area of Oklahoma between
the Anadarko and Arkoma Basins. Covering 10 counties, the systems offer low
pressure gas gathering and processing services and have flexible access to
intrastate and interstate gas markets.

North Texas Systems, four natural gas gathering systems with about 130 miles of
pipeline located in the western Fort Worth Basin. Located in Jack and
Archer Counties, the systems offer low pressure gas gathering and processing
services.

South Texas Systems,
Several
natural gas gathering systems totaling about 475 miles of pipeline located
in numerous areas overlying the Austin Chalk Field and west and southwest of
the Corpus Christi area. The systems offer low and mid-pressure gas
gathering and processing services with flexible access to intrastate and
interstate gas markets.

East Texas Systems, Two natural gas gathering systems totaling about 130 miles of
pipeline located in southwestern Gregg and northwestern Rusk Counties, and
central Montgomery County. The systems will offer low pressure gas
gathering and processing services upon being placed into service.

SE Texas & SW Louisiana
System,
One mainline system and associated gas gathering systems totaling
about 230 miles of pipeline located in southeast Texas near Beaumont, Texas
and running northeasterly to an area located southwest of Alexandria,
Louisiana. An additional pipeline gathering system is located near Bancroft
Louisiana and runs south to a point just west of Lake Charles, LA. The
systems offer flexible mid-pressure gas gathering and processing services
and have access to intrastate and interstate markets.

New Project Development, in which Enerfin designs, constructs, owns and
operates new gas pipelines, processing and treating facilities near its
existing systems and in new areas of interest, with a focus on midstream
projects requiring an initial capital investment outlay of about $2 million
to $20 million.

Marketing Operations,
in which Enerfin markets natural gas, natural gas liquids, crude oil and
condensate from its gas pipeline systems and upstream oil and gas wells as
well as oil and gas production owned by third parties.
