Enerfin’s upstream business consists of the following :

West Coast Properties, in which Enerfin owns operated
and non-operated working interests in natural gas wells located on 35,000
mineral acres in California and Oregon.

Mid-Continent Properties,
in which Enerfin owns operated and non-operated working interests in oil &
gas wells located on about 15,000 mineral acres in Oklahoma and Texas.
- New Drilling Projects, in which Enerfin participates in the drilling of exploration and development wells, generally behind its midstream systems, with a focus on utilizing new G&G data, and drilling & production technology to identify and exploit new reserves at lower risk levels.
